Sometimes when I use the term ACAB, some people argue that many blue pigs protect and serve the people, which is incorrect. Law enforcement in fact serves the system. It supposed to serve and protect people but what we see currently is that its only mission is to protect the system.

The main idea behind this is that the system has been created to protect and serve the people so by protecting the system we (law enforcement) are protecting the people. That seems to be reasonable but it’s a false claim.

In political science, a political system defines the process for making official government decisions. It is usually compared to the legal system, economic system, cultural system, and other social systems. However, this is a very simplified view of a much more complex system of categories involving the questions of who should have authority and what the government influence on its people and economy should be.

What all of the systems have in common is that they have laws and rules and regulations. Those laws and rules and regulations are applicable on everybody and we believe that because people are essentially equal, they should be equally treated under the same law with same impact.

What we don’t consider is that while people are equal, they are also different so what’s good or positive for a person can be bad or negative for somebody else and by imposing the same laws and same conditions to everybody we’re in fact discriminating against many people and we’re basically oppressing them.

We believe the systems work and there’s some collateral damage in everything so we don’t consider that. We think protecting the system serves people and that’s what made us protecting the system instead of people. After a while, more and more people are hurt, damaged, oppressed, and destroyed basically because we sacrificed people for the systems.

We don’t realize while we were protecting the system, the system itself grew to protect itself. So now even if some people, even if most people, stop protecting the system, the system itself won’t stop protecting itself. It will destroy anything that endangers it and it will save itself by any mean.

While we think the system serves people, we don’t realize that the least good the system does is in fact a way of self-protection. By providing some for the people, the system is spreading this illusion that the system is serving.

It is like a situation of an abductor giving food to hostages. While the abductor does this so the hostage survives and in result the abductor has something to negotiate with, the hostage thinks the abductor is serving. When we look at it, it is very simple but a political system can be very complex so often we don’t consider that.

No political system and no country have any right to exist, people have the right to exist. Today, people are enslaved by rulers and new masters and while the masters never cared or care for people, many people think that the master (or the system) cares for them. While they work, a few harvest and throw the least back at them. It shouldn’t be like this. We should protect the people, not systems.
